X-ray diagnostic system BReeZe EBR-D02, ARCOM (Italy)
X-ray diagnostic system BReeZe EBR-D02, manufactured by Arcom International, S.R.L. (Italy), in terms of its functionality it is considered a basic radiographic system (BRS). Variable focal length (from 100 cm to 180 cm), motorized movements of all moving parts and a U-shaped stand design allow you to carry out a full range of radiographic examinations in standing, sitting or lying positions using X-ray transparent cart.
Research is carried out using a flat panel detector of the Exprimer EVS-4343 or Exprimer series EVS-4343G (DRTECH, Republic of Korea). High image quality is achieved thanks to the high sensitivity DQE (no less than 65%) and resolution (3.57 pairs of lines per mm) of the detector, as well as the use of monochrome diagnostic monitor Jusha M260G.
The system is recommended for use in medical institutions or departments of pulmonology and phthisiology for chest radiography (fluorography). It will also be effective to use in trauma and emergency departments, in small-area X-ray rooms (from 15 sq.m).
It is possible to shoot on an X-ray cassette with film sizes up to 43x43 cm.
Complete set of X-ray diagnostic system BreeZe EBP-D02:
1. Tripod EBP-D02
U-shaped universal tripod EBR-D02, including Optica 20 collimator (Varex USA) or R-302A (Ralco Italy).
The tripod must consist of a column on which a rotating console is fixed. A digital X-ray image detector and an X-ray emitter are placed on one axis.
The design feature of the console is U-shaped, for taking pictures in a later position in a prone position, with variable focal length.
Electromechanical drives:
- console rotation;
- changes in the focal length between the emitter and detector;
- raising and lowering the console.
2. X-ray power device
Depending on the customer’s technical specifications, the following X-ray generators can be equipped:

3. X-ray emitter
Depending on the power of the X-ray generator and the customer’s technical specifications, it is possible to equip it with the following X-ray emitters (X-ray tubes):
- X-ray emitter E 7252X (Canon, Japan)
- X-ray tube RTM782, RTM90, X42, X76 IAE (Italy)
- X-ray emitter RAD-14.
4. Digital X-ray image detector
Equipped with a digital flat panel X-ray detector EVS (DRTECH, South Korea) with original E-console1 software.
Advanced Image Reconstruction System - DRTECH's patented TRUVIEW®ART image processing system, thanks to reverse filtering technology, provides increased image contrast and improved ability to detect micro abnormalities in the lungs, chest and heart.
Flat panel digital X-ray image detector EVS 4343A (DRTECH, Republic of Korea).
Depending on the customer’s technical specifications, the device is equipped with an EVS 4343A or EVS 4343W/EVS 3643W detector.
It is possible to equip flat panel detectors from other manufacturers with similar characteristics and dimensions.
5. Automated workstation for x-ray laboratory assistant
The laboratory assistant's automated workstation (AWS) has the ability to control the generator, which provides additional convenience to the staff of the medical institution.
It is possible to equip with additional monitors (clinical monitor JUSHA-CR22 or analogues) depending on the technical customer's assignments.
6. Automated workstation for a radiologist
Automated workstation for radiologist includes:
specialized software - full compatibility with DICOM, ability to connect to PACS servers (including remote ones);
monochrome medical diagnostic monitor Jusha M260G, 21.3" 2MP for x-rays;
medical DICOM printer for obtaining hard copies of X-ray images on a special X-ray film Drystar 5302 (AGFA, Belgium).
Can be equipped with a monochrome medical diagnostic monitor JUSHA-M350G (3 MP), depending from the customer’s technical specifications.
7. Radiolucent cart for examinations in the supine position
X-ray transparent cart is intended for obtaining radiographic images of bone, soft and cartilage tissues are for diagnostic purposes only.
This system is completed Dose Area Product Measuring System VacuDAP and Ionization Chamber AEC Sensor, the use of which is mandatory according to Article 17 of the Law of Ukraine «On the protection of humans from the impact of ionizing radiation».
